Malware Distribution – Hosting, linking to, or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, exploits, worms, or malicious software.
Unauthorized IRC Services – Running unauthorized IRC servers, bots, or IRC-related abusive activities.
Mass Storage Usage – Using hosting accounts primarily for backups, archives, media storage, or file dumping.
Phishing Activities – Sending deceptive emails or creating websites intended to steal personal or financial information.
Proxy or VPN Abuse – Hosting anonymous proxy services, open proxies, VPN abuse platforms, or relay services.
Spam – Sending unsolicited bulk emails (UBE/UCE), spam campaigns, or email abuse.
Spam Tools or Lists – Hosting spam software, harvested email lists, or bulk mailing tools.
Terrorist or Extremist Content – Hosting materials that support terrorism, violence, hate speech, or extremist organizations.
Hacking or Cracking Tools – Hosting software, scripts, or content intended for unauthorized access or exploitation.
Trademark Infringement – Unauthorized use or distribution of trademarked brands, logos, or intellectual property.
Warez and Piracy – Hosting pirated software, nulled scripts, serial keys, cracks, or illegal downloads.
Any material or activity deemed illegal, abusive, threatening, harmful, or disruptive by SirWizTechHost may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Hosting accounts may not be resold unless the account is specifically designated as a Reseller Hosting, VPS, or Dedicated Server account.
Shared hosting accounts may not be used to resell individual services such as web space, email hosting, add-on domains, or mailing lists.
All domains and subdomains hosted under an account must belong to or be managed by the account holder.
